From our latest exploration incorporating brass musical instrument tubes, our Teal Bubbles Bug is both a brooch and a necklace! The head section is an altered brass trumpet tube slide end featuring bright red dyed stone eyes. The lower body is hand cast in semi-transparent teal epoxy resin and then hand carved and adorned with hundreds of silver bubble dots! Each wing is hand fabricated in sterling silver, textured and antiqued, making this a spectacular specimen. Included with this brooch is an 18” cable with a magnetic clasp and a special bale to attach to this tack brooch.  3  x 2.75  x  0.5”.
